Characteristic:

1. Brief description and main use of raw materials

321 steel belongs to austenitic stainless and acid-resistant steel. After adding titanium into the steel, the steel has a high level of crevice corrosion resistance, but it still can not get rid of the defects of post-weld wound erosion tendency and poor surface quality (polishing optical rotation). It has good corrosion resistance in some organic substances and strong oxidants with different concentration values and different ambient temperatures, especially in reducing substances.

This steel is mainly used for the production and manufacture of acid-resistant vessels and the lining and delivery pipes of acid-resistant machines, for the superheater, superheater, compressed air pipes of large and medium-sized boilers, heat exchangers of petrochemical equipment and other corrosion-resistant parts, and for the welding of prefabricated components.

 The general corrosion resistance is similar to that of 18-8 TP304H steel. Because the steel contains titanium, it has a high level of crevice corrosion resistance.
