Characteristic:

1. Brief description and main use of raw materials

347H steel belongs to chrome-nickel martensitic stainless steel with relatively stable Nb, which has good corrosion resistance and weldability, and its thermal strength is higher than 18-8 TP304H.

This steel is widely used in aviation companies, petrochemical equipment, food, paper industry and other industries as heat-resistant materials. Used for large and medium-sized boiler superheater, superheater, compressed air pipe, heat exchanger pipe of petrochemical equipment and other corrosion resistant parts, electric welding prefabricated components. This steel can also be used as the welding core for welding chromium-nickel stainless steel.

4. Corrosion resistance

The general corrosion resistance is similar to that of 18-8 TP304H steel. The crack corrosion resistance level of steel is significantly higher than that of TP304H because it contains Nb element. TP347H steel after aging treatment did not see the trend of stress corrosion, but after sensitization processing at 650 ℃, slight stress corrosion trend occurred.
