Characteristic:
* A Ni-Mo-Cr-W alloy material with excellent corrosion resistance is generally considered as an all-purpose corrosion resistant alloy.
* Although its ductility changes due to the precipitation of the deposited phase under the standard temperature, the material has excellent high temperature strength and oxidation resistance.
* It has good processing characteristics and can be processed without solution treatment after electric welding. C276 can prevent the formation of intergranular precipitates in the welding heat affected zone, and can meet the needs of most chemical engineering in the electric welding environment.
* With the similar welding process of martensitic impermeable steel and other nickel-based alloys, attention should be paid to the C and Si components in the manufacturing of this material. If the C and Si components are too high, it is not beneficial to the material.
Application:
* It is widely used in other industries such as chemical industry, crude oil refining, natural gas desulphurization, paper pulp and paper industry.
* Natural gas degassing equipment.
* It can be used in wet hydrogen, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide environment.
