Characteristic:
* The invention relates to a high toughness martensitic nickel-iron nickel-iron alloy in solid solution treatment state that operates carbon, aluminum, titanium, silicon and manganese; Like low alloy steel, it has austenitic structure, and its heat treatment and refrigeration processing characteristics are roughly the same as those of austenitic steel.
* Very good corrosion resistance and heat resistance, good physical properties at sub-zero, indoor temperature and 600 ℃ high temperature environment, very good oxidation resistance, recovery, nitriding characteristics, easy process performance.
* Electric welding is the same as the standard low alloy steel, which can adopt TIG welding, MIG welding and arc welding.
* Due to its high content of Ni and Cr, it has high resistance to air oxidation and nitriding at high temperature.
Application:
* Jacket pipe of jacketed electric water heater, thermocouple protection pipe, heat treatment equipment, and raw materials applied under high temperature.
* Heating element tube - very good physical performance.
* Acetic anhydride cracking - resistance to corrosion during processing.
* For living environment up to 600 ℃.
