Characteristic:

1. Brief description and main use of raw materials

304L steel belongs to very low sulfur low alloy steel, with excellent hydrogen embrittlement resistance, and the weldment is not prone to wound erosion in the heat affected zone. It has good corrosion resistance in various highly corrosive substances at various temperatures and concentrations (such as sodium cyanide, most organic and inorganic acid solutions, ammonium sulfate, alkali, etc.). It has high heat resistance in the air below 850 ℃. It can maintain good physical properties at low temperature. Work-hardening, deep stamping, drilling and forging are very good.

This steel is suitable for corrosion resistant machinery and equipment components of petrochemical equipment, especially for weldments that cannot undergo heat treatment after welding.
