1. Brief description and main use of raw materials

1.1 Brief description of raw materials: 17-4PH is deposited, quenched and austenitic stainless steel, which is characterized by high toughness, strength (up to 3000 C/5000 C) and corrosion resistance. After tempering, the physical properties of the new product are more comprehensive, and the compressive strength of 1100-1300 mpa can be reached. This level cannot be used under conditions higher than 300 ℃ or extremely low. It has good corrosion resistance to air and diluent acid or Dongtai, and its corrosion resistance is the same as 304 and 430.

1.2 Main uses: food industry, paper pulp and paper industry, extremely strong components of mechanical equipment, nuclear waste discharge pipeline, high strength components with certain corrosion resistance provisions, etc.

5. Corrosion resistance

5.1 The corrosion resistance of 17-4PH is slightly better than that of other standardized hardenable stainless steel pipes. In most cases, its corrosion resistance level is no less than 304.

5.2 If there is a risk of intergranular corrosion cracking, the relatively high ambient temperature of ripening must be higher than 550 ° C, preferably 590 ° C. The best tempering temperature of fluoride is 550 ° C. The best tempering temperature of H2S material is 590 ° C. This stainless steel plate is prone to corrosion or crevice erosion in static data seawater.

5.3 His corrosion resistance in petrochemical equipment, food industry and paper industry is the same as 304L.
