The second phase ratio is less sensitive to the change of heating ambient temperature.

The pitting corrosion resistance of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N dual-phase steel in the environment of available chlorine is better than that of 18-5Mo dual-phase steel and better than that of 316L low-alloy steel. The toughness fracture resistance of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N dual-phase steel is better than that of 00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2 dual-phase steel, which is very similar to 316L austenitic stainless steel plate. 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N dual-phase steel This is the inter-granular corrosion resistant steel grade of neutralized fluoride after 00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2 dual-phase steel. 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N steel strip has nitrogen, and a large amount of martensite is still stored after heating. When welding in the heat affected zone of continuous high temperature and cooling, it will rapidly transform from metallographic phase to martensitic phase along the metallographic phase dislocation. This kind of two-phase structure reduces the stress corrosion tendency of steel and makes the steel have better stress corrosion resistance characteristics. In most materials, the uniform corrosion resistance of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N steel is better than that of 304L steel and 316L steel. The combination of strong physical properties and corrosion resistance balance enables steel to have strong corrosion fatigue limit.
